Position Overview:
We need proactive and engaged people who want to develop into fill the Engineering role as an Associate Software Development Engineer or aSDE. In this position you will be able to collaborate with numerous experienced engineers and be involved in the production of high quality backend systems. This is a great chance to plunge into ‘everything as code’ decision and work with technologies Java, Go, Elastic Cache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, DynamoDB, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- To contribute to the integral construction of multiple, large-scale applications, work with other teams on the planning, implementation, and management of backend applications and services.
- Program in Java and Go languages to construct code of quality, stability, and readability.
- Organize server services by applying Elasticache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, DynamoDB, and other technologies for the development of powerful and stable backend.
- Closely involved in code reviews for a number of reasons ranging from checking on the quality of the code from the developers to evaluating the extent to which the developers have followed the set standards and recommended practices.
- Participate in the decision-making process on evolution of architecture and design of new features.
- Diagnose and fix problems, refine efficiency, and solve problems of the program’s expansiveness.
Qualifications:
- B. Tech Computer Science or Software Engineering pass outs of session 2022/2023 with a good background in academics.
- Fluency in Java, and/or Go programming languages.
- Knowledge of the background in developing backend versions of programs.
- Knowledge of what databases are and some knowledge about database designing.
- Motivation for continuously expanding the knowledge in and working with such innovative tools as Elasticache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, and DynamoDB.
- Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, particularly, the ability to work as a team player.
- Knowledge of the cloud environment like AWS, Azure or GCP and version control system as GIT.
