•  Job Function: Information Technology 
•  CTC: INR 15,488. 00 per Month 

 Salary Break-up / Additional Info:

•  1st Year Stipend: A: INR 15,000 + 488 (ESI) 
•  2nd Year Stipend: Rupees: 17,000 + 553 (ESI) 
•  3rd Year Stipend: As per the above account INR 19,000/- plus INR 618/- (ESI). 
•  4th Year: INR 23,000 
•  Joining Bonus: INR 75,000 

 Job Description 

 The WILP is intended to allow the learners to work in the facilities while pursuing their higher learning at the same time. Under this program, you will be employed at Wipro and will be, at the same time, exposed to a challenging course, up to M. Tech level in one of the premier university in India. 

 

 Eligibility Criteria 

•  10th Standard: Pass 
•  12th Standard: Pass 
•  Graduation: It should not be less than 60 percent or 6. This is a zero CGPA as per the guidelines of our university. 
•  Year of Passing: to 2023, to 2024 
•  Qualification: BCA, B. Sc (Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics & Statistics, Electronics & Physics) 

 Additional Criteria: 

•  Open school or distance education is permitted for 10th & 12th only 
•  Representatives said that only one backlog is admissible while taking the online assessment. 
•  One of the prerequisites for the candidates is the clear all the backlogs including the 6th semester. 
•  Must have studied Core Mathematics in their first degree, Business Maths, and Applied Maths are not accepted. 
•  Gap between 10th and the start of graduation level education should be maximum of 3 years. 
•  It is quite rigid when it comes to Graduation because there should not be any break during this academic year and has to be completed within three years at the most. 
•  Should have valid Passport Issued by Government of India/ Should be-holder of PIO/ OCI card. Both the Bhutan and Nepal Nationals have to produce their citizenship certificate. 
•  The candidates are expected to be 18 years and above at the time of registration. 

 Selection Process 

 Eligible candidates will undergo an online assessment followed by a series of interviews:

1. Online Assessment: (80 minutes) 

•  Verbal: Twenty minutes they are given and twenty questions are asked. 
•  Analytical: Thus, in 20 minutes, 20 questions would have been asked. 
•  Quantitative: In less than 20 minutes you should be able to answer 20 different questions. 
•  Written Communication Test: Two hours 

2. Round 2: Business Discussion 

3. Round 3: HR Discussion 

 Service Agreement: 60 months. Note: In case the joining bonus is paid to you, then it is indeed required to be paid back on pro-rata basis in case you leave the organization during this period. 

 

 Terms and Conditions 

•  Wipro has the prerogative of admitting or rejecting each a candidate for participating in the WILP recruitment exercise. 
•  Those who passed the online assessment will proceed to the business discussion round and those who are successful in this round will sit for the HR discussion round. 
•  Those only who get through all the rounds will get a Letter of Intent (LOI) and the candidates undergo certain pre-skilling training. 
•  Regarding final offer letter, all the candidates who have cleared the pre-skilling test will be issued offer letter from the company. 
•  Wipro also retains the purchase parameters for registration and the method of selecting the participants. At any point during the selection process, Wipro does not bear the responsibility of revealing any information. 
•  It is always helpful to remember that Wipro has the authority to cancel or withdraw any offer extended to a candidate if there are proofs of the candidate’s involvement in any form of dishonesty or illegality in the entire selection process.
