Position Overview
When performing the job of an AR Caller, you will be responsible for handling the outgoing calls to insurance companies located in the US, primarily to recall the outstanding AR balances. This position presents a good chance to get the practical experience in the healthcare insurance market, to manage clients’ requests and demands, and to solve the communication cases.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls: Make collection calls on all Insurance companies to retrieve the outstanding amount on Accounts Receivable.
2. Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers through phone calls and/or written correspondence in order to maintain satisfied customers’ status.
3. Claims Analysis: Use medical insurance claims for the purpose of checking for efficiencies.
4. Issue Resolution: Handle fairly structural questions after reproducing pre-set answers.
5. Research: It is important to perform periodic searches on the customer inquiries to be well informed of the answers to give.
6. Industry Knowledge: Ensure the get and sustain the awareness regarding the functions of the healthcare insurance industry, as well as regarding the variety of products, services, and processes that are managed by the team.
Requirements:
- Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work a fixed low/effects schedule during the weekdays; Monday to Friday, 6:00 pm to 4:00 am or 8:00 pm to 6:00 am.
- Educational Background: University degree or equivalent, which confirms the availability and pass-through examination 3 years and more on English, or high school diploma and certificate of its graduation.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows PC applications including key and mouse board handling, screen navigation, the ability to learn applying tools of PC applications rapidly.
Preferred Skills:
Freshers and experience in an International Call Center or BPO preferred.
Awareness of International Voice Processes.
Proficiency in spoken and written English or any other international spoken languages.
Understanding of the healthcare insurance environment.
