The position that we are open for recruitment for is the Citizen Service Executive for an e-governance project in the cities of Hyderabad and Vijayawada. Job Title: A Citizen Service Executive can be defined as a virtual desk that provides solutions to citizens’ problems.
Location: Hyderabad & Vijayawada
Interview Dates: 25/07/2024 to 02/08/2024
Employment Type: Since it is a temporary assignment, the position is Full Time/Temporary/Contractual.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Educational Qualification:
- Graduates: BA, BBA, BBM, B. com, B. Sc, BCA
- Postgraduates: MBA
- Minimum Score: 50% and above in all the subjects attained during in graduation.
2. Skills and Abilities:
- Good communication skills as well as the interpersonal skills.
- Knowing the English and Telugu language as first and second language respectively.
- Proper ways of addressing customers and pleasant personality.
- Proficient in the use of computer and typing on the key board with typing being at a 98 percent accuracy level.
3. Additional Requirements:
- Full-time courses only
- For Freshers only (Batch 2022, 2023 & 2024)
- Maximum interruption of education or employment should not be more than two years.
Important Note: Major duties of this position are not technical. Technically graduated persons (BE, B. Tech, M. Tech, MCA) are not allowed to appear for the examination. Similarly, the candidates who have appeared for TCS interview within last 6 months are not eligible for the examination.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the citizen to offer them a helping hand in using e-governance services
- Answer the customers’ queries politely and as a matter of procedure.
- Deliver outstanding service to the clients to increase satisfaction rates.
- Data entry and documentation of data and records.
- Operation should be done within the laid down principles and regulations of the organization.
